From the initial consultation to the installation and final walkthrough, our dedicated design team guides you through the entire remodeling process, as outlined below.
Design Consultation
During the initial consultation, we gather information about each other. We welcome your questions and input as we learn more about your needs, lifestyle, and budget.
We might ask what you like and dislike about your current kitchen layout. Our kitchen designer listens intently to your ideas to get a sense of your design aesthetic and helps you select the best materials, accessories, and color scheme to bring your vision to life.
We will also discuss budgeting during the consultation and collect a retainer before starting the design process.
Photos and Measurements
The design team at All in One Design Build will come to your home to measure your kitchen area and take photos. Your kitchen planner might make additional designs and material recommendations during this appointment.
The Design Process
Our kitchen designer creates blueprint drafts of your renovation as needed. Drawings of floor plans, elevations, and placement of plumbing and electrical appliances are necessary to bring your vision to life. We do not finalize any design without your written approval.
The Design Presentation
We schedule an appointment to review your selections for your new kitchen and make sure the final product suits your needs and style. Everyone involved in the decision-making process must be present to address all questions and concerns before starting any work.
At this point, we take payment for all building materials and have all parties sign the necessary paperwork to start the renovation.
The Installation Timeline
A renovation project manager will reach out to you and make an introduction, then set up a construction schedule. The project manager will be your point of contact until the completion of the project. The project manager liaises with you and the installation team to ensure effective communication and a seamless renovation.
The Kitchen Remodel
Most kitchen renovations require some degree of demolition—typically moving or removing plumbing electrical components. You can rest assured that your renovation is in the hands of seasoned professionals. Our dedicated team of pros strives to execute your kitchen remodel seamlessly. Our online communication portal makes it easy to check in with the project manager for updates.
The Remodel Completion and Final Walkthrough
The project manager will call you to set up a final walkthrough when the renovation is close to completion. You finally get to see your vision come to life!
Everyone involved must be present for the walkthrough. We process the final payment during this appointment.
